Life is short
Break the rules, forgive quickly, kiss slowly, love truly, laugh uncontrollably,
and never regret anything that made you smile.
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by things you didn't do
than by the ones you did.
So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbour.
Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

Hi .... How you doing?

As you can see, things have started to change.
Most of the work is in the background but I have also made changes to how the site looks and works.
Have a little look round and let me know what you think.

The studio has also had a bit of a makeover.
I had managed to knock my mixer on the floor when I swung around in the chair. This caused a fault which made it unreliable. A new mixer is now in place and is working well. I also took the opportunity to have a bit of a move round and a tidy up, the tidy up bit is ongoing. As with many others I am going back to vinyl so dug out all the albums and 45s from storage and have included a turntable within the studio. This also means that I can start hunting LP's in the charity shops again. They are much cheaper now.
I'll put some studio photos up when finished.

So now I have retired and am an offical Old Age Penionser.
So what do I do with myself then?

I am still recording Radio shows from my home studio. These can be heard on Meridian Radio every Wednesday between 6 & 7pm.
Just visit
or you can visit The Rock 'N' Roll Kids Radio Show web site where you can listen to one that has already been broadcast on Meridian Radio. Meridian are now repeating the show every Sunday evening.

I have also become a member of The St Mary's Camera Club.
This involves a weekly meeting plus competitions and some 'shoot' outings. Also a few social events. All jolly good fun.
It's a tough old life.

Until next time……

As you maybe aware I am not very good at writing letters, indeed, I am not very good at writing birthday & Christmas cards and I never send post cards when on holiday.
I send the birthday & Christmas cards but can never think of what to write in them.
Even my shopping lists are sometimes blank.

So this is the place to come to find out what I have been up to.

What's happened to

That's another good question. The name was coming up for renewal so I decided to consolidate all my domain names to one provider, 123-Reg.
But somewhere along the line things went a bit wrong. For a while I could see the domain in my control panel but was unable to get it working.
I was working through the help ticket system with 123 when the domain just disappeared. It was about the same time that I discovered that my menu system was not working with the latest release of internet explorer. So it was time for a make over.
With no Apollo-Moon I decided to use the hosting web address so hence the new name D20.
Plus a new menu system from Coffee Cup software. Somehow I had to pay for all this, and not having worked for a few months at that time, money is was bit tight hence the then proliferation of adverts.
Where did the idea for D20 come from?
The full web address is The D20-JED bit matches my car registration number so not a lot of imagination used there then.
I now see that the name is back on the market, so you can now get it if you want it.

Take chances.. Tell the truth.. Learn to say NO..
Spend money on the things you love.. Laugh until your stomac hurts..
Dance even if you are too bad at it.. Pose stupidly for photos.. Be child-like..
Moral: Death is not the greatest loss in life.. Loss is when life dies inside you while you are alive..
Celebrate this event called LIFE.

When people walk away from you....
Let them go....
Your destiny is never tied to anyone who leaves you.
It doesn't mean they are bad people.
It just means that their part in your story is over.
